I started this business to help my personal coaching clients. I was new to training at the time (1997) and didn’t know much about it. My theory was that people needed tools that would help them be more productive, produce higher quality, save time and get on better with others. I started by having volunteers track their time and problems. I then set about putting together training that would address those issues. It worked.

The result is courses that address key areas to make the most difference for the least cost. Most people just need a bit of an advantage to get ahead. When a horse wins a race, the purse for first place can be 10 times higher than for second place. Did the winning horse run 10 times faster? No, of course not. The winning horse ran just one percent faster or less. I look at skills that will put people over the edge into winning.

Some of what I teach is not available anywhere else or at least very hard to find, and not all in one place. Anyone who takes a few Alchemy courses will experience success beyond what they would expect. Why? The answer is that we will address the real issues that are holding them back and fix them. Anything else is like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. It looks nicer but will not make a difference a couple of days later. Every course here will make a difference.
