Remembering Names & Faces
How many times have you heard excuses (or given them) about NOT recalling someone’s name? Isn’t it time to DO something about that? Just how powerful will you be when you can confidently introduce people and be introduced to people, KNOWING their name?
Then how powerful will you be when you can recall other interesting information about them? How about their spouse’s name, children, and just about anything you can imagine? We offer both an online course where you can practice these techniques with faces in a private environment. Or, if you’re more daring, we can do workshops on site with real live people. We need about 16 people to make it work well. The more the merrier! (we can do it with fewer people, it just doesn’t seem as impressive!)
People will be amazed at your uncanny ability to remember their name, which is the sweetest sound we can hear. If you are in sales, management, or customer service, this is a must have course!
This skill does so much for self-confidence. We see formerly shy people just open up like budding flowers. Suddenly they can express themselves! Without the embarrassment of forgetting who they’re talking to, all sorts of things happen.
It’s a fantastic Team Building experience as well, because not only is it an essential people skill, it brings people together and it’s a lot of fun! Your people will be talking about this experience for a long time.

Client Testimonials
"This Names course is great! You made it so easy and fun to remember names. I watch people fumble around with sad excuses and I am so grateful it's not me anymore. I didn't realize how pathetic I was until I saw the difference. I felt so sorry for this person (whose name I knew, and company and home town!) who had to mumble apologies about not being good with names. It's starting to feel "normal" to be able to pull this off. I did not realize how my self-image had suffered because of this handicap. Until you see the difference a little knowledge and practice can make, it's hard to believe. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. "Chris G.
"What a great skill to have! Being able to recall people's names has helped me in many business situations. It has clearly given me an edge when I can recall everyone's name after a meeting. After winning an account last month, they told me that made an impression on them. Thanks! "
